Barton Aqueduct Pocket Park is a small but historically significant spot. It features a wooden boardwalk leading to the Barton Swing Aqueduct, which replaced the original Barton Aqueduct. A world first and a marvel of its time. While the original aqueduct no longer stands, this park offers a glimpse into the area's rich industrial history. Unfortunately, there isn’t much to see beyond the boardwalk, and fences limit exploration. However, for those interested in canal engineering, it’s still worth a visit to appreciate the legacy of this groundbreaking structure.
